However, if you see any damage to the box that makes it possible that the product may have been damaged, do not take it over. Yes. All Iris Ohyama household or small appliances, Fujitsu scanners and printers are warranted for 2 years in the event of a defect. In this case, the customer must return the defective product to us so that we can replace it if it can no longer be repaired. The Warranty does not cover cases of breakage or damage due to the fault of the customer.
While we try to make sure everyone gets what they ordered, unfortunately, tens of thousands of products and thousands of orders a month can sometimes slip into error. Write an email to our sales@crystalstech.com address giving your order ID (starting with CT and numbers followed) and write what you received instead. We will do the exchange: we will send a courier who will pick up the defective product and deliver it as originally ordered.

We always have new products for which the Hungarian operating instructions have not yet been prepared or the product you have ordered has only an English product operating instructions. Don’t be scared if the product already has an instruction manual, but the order we sent it doesn’t already include this, we can send the instruction manual to you immediately electronically. Delivery issues
No. We ship orders within a business day that contain only products that are in stock with us and we receive the order by noon. GLS can receive next day shipments until 2 p.m.
We count working days from Monday to Friday, unless the holiday falls on a weekday due to some holiday or other reason. So if you order something on a Friday, you won’t receive it on a Saturday, but no earlier than the next business day, i.e. Monday.
If the product is in the manufacturer's warehouse (in 99% of cases), we can send the package within 10 working days. In rare cases, our inventory information is incorrect, in which case we will notify you immediately by phone or email.
If all the products in the order are in stock, we can only assemble, pack and deliver the products ordered until noon that afternoon to the courier service, who will deliver it the next working day.
It’s almost certainly because you also ordered a product that we need to get, so we haven’t been able to launch the package yet. The easiest way is to choose one that is in stock instead of such product (s) or just delete them from your order. So the package could be there tomorrow. No need to worry, we will notify you in all such cases.

Sometime during the day during business hours, i.e. between 8am and 5pm. Unfortunately, we cannot say more than this, we have no influence on the courier as to when it will arrive. Your arrival depends on your itinerary that day.
First, it will try to call you at the phone number you provided when ordering. If you manage to reach it, they can talk about when to come back. It is important that if you still cannot stay at the specified address all day, pick up the phone or call the courier back. If they fail to speak, the courier will leave a notice with his phone number so he can call and arrange for him to re-deliver the package.
The package can be picked up from the morning of the day after dispatch at the MPL point or GLS parcel point you have indicated.
